Representing the third generation of the Thakkar family in construction and land development, Piyush provides strategic direction to Vardhman Developers. Under his leadership, the firm has completed a wide range of residential and commercial projects, reflecting a strong commitment to speed, quality, and timely delivery.
With over 27 years of hands-on experience in construction, Nirav has built a reputation for delivering quality projects with precision and efficiency. As a contractor he has completed over 10 lakh sq. ft. across residential and commercial buildings, and as a developer has partnered with reputed builders to deliver a further 2 lakh sq. ft.
Bringing over 16 years in media and advertising, Mayuresh later pursued a passion as a stock analyst and derivatives trader, embracing the principle of diversification. In 2023 he joined Vardhman Developers as Director and Partner, contributing financial and strategic depth to the firm.
